“Don’t let the computer get on you”

A few weeks ago, I started avoiding social media over the weekends. From Friday evening to Monday morning, no Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn. For years, I’ve read, watched, and listened to hundreds of people talk about the problems with social media, most of which I agreed with. Like processed sugar in food, we need to limit the amount of social media we consume—for the sake of our bodies, but more importantly, our minds. Control your devices, people; don’t let them control you.
